Volcanic completes debt settlement
March 27, 2019 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: VG) reports that it has completed its previously announced debt settlement transaction by issuing 3,840,620 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to settle a total of $192,031 in debt.
The common shares issued have a resale restriction which expires on July 27, 2019.
